Material Handler | $21/hr | Roanoke, TX | Temp-to-Hire
Our client in Roanoke is seeking a dependable Material Handler to support daily production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering long-term potential, consistent 12-hour shifts, and a rotating Dupont schedule.
Pay: $21.00 per hour
Schedule: Dupont rotating schedule (12-hour shifts, alternating days and nights)
Location: Roanoke, TX

What You'll Be Doing:

Move materials and finished goods based on work and transfer orders

Use forklifts and other material handling equipment to support production

Perform inventory tasks such as cycle counting and shipping prep

Operate production equipment following company procedures and safety guidelines

Conduct equipment inspections and maintain clean, safe work areas

Follow all safety policies and participate in safety programs

Support other departments based on production needs

Complete additional tasks as assigned by management
Why You'd Be a Good Fit:

High school diploma or GED required

Previous experience with forklifts and warehouse equipment

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Familiarity with ERP systems, SAP preferred

Basic understanding of safety protocols in manufacturing environments

Willingness to cross-train and work collaboratively with other teams
