Job Title: Material Handler (Equipment Associate)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm or 8am–5pm
Pay Range: $19/hour
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Material Handler (Equipment Associate) to support daily branch activities and assist service technicians, sales staff, and other team members in meeting customer needs. This position provides a pathway for career advancement into Driver and Service Technician development programs.
Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect returned equipment for damage, usage hours, mileage, and fuel level.
• Verify that equipment has all required safety decals and meets safety compliance standards.
• Clean equipment and maintain a tidy work area.
• Load and unload rental equipment, and prepare it for rental.
• Demonstrate equipment operation for customers and support the check-out process.
• Operate a delivery truck to pick up and deliver equipment when needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with the team.
• Diligent attention to workplace safety.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to frequently lift items up to 45 lbs.
