Job Title: Material Handler – Scanner Tech (Excel & Data Entry Proficient)
Location: San Jose, CA
Pay Rate: $20/HR
M-F   7AM -330PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking detail-oriented Material Handlers with Scanner Tech expertise, strong Excel and data entry skills, and a commitment to quality control. The successful candidate will support production activities related to document scanning and ensure accuracy throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prep documents for scanning (remove staples, organize papers, place in order)
• Operate scanning equipment for both large and small format documents
• Conduct quality control checks on scanned documents
• Use cutters and related equipment safely and efficiently
• Enter data accurately and maintain proper documentation
• Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain daily, consistent attendance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and co-workers
• Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in quality control and production environments preferred
• Experience working with cutters and scanning equipment is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, or strong willingness to learn new applications
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
