Location: Windsor, CT

Pay: $20/hour
 
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM

Your Role as a Mechanical Assembler:

As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for:

• Assembling preformed sheet metal components using hand and power tools (drills, screwdrivers, wrenches, hammers, high-pressure carts, etc.)

• Pressure testing valves and similar mechanical components

• Interpreting assembly and sub-assembly drawings and sketches accurately

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• Recording daily work progress on production travelers

• Supporting additional tasks as directed by your supervisor

Is This Role a Good Fit for You?

• Have at least 1 year of relevant mechanical assembly experience

• Are comfortable working with tools and interpreting technical drawings

• Can work safely on ladders and in tight or uneven spaces while lifting up to 50 lbs

• Are comfortable kneeling, bending, and standing for extended periods

• Can work independently or as part of a team

• Have experience using tablets or computers on the job

• Are available for 1st shift hours: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM
