What You'll Get:
•    Competitive pay: $35.00 - $47.00 per hour (DOE)
•    Consistent schedule: 3rd shift, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM
•    Structured work-life balance:

  • Long Week: Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
  • Short Week: Tuesday, Wednesday

Your Role as a Mechanical Technician:
•    Perform welding tasks and work with chains and rollers under the guidance of the Maintenance Manager
•    Replace and rebuild drives, pumps, and motors to maintain peak equipment performance
•    Troubleshoot mechanical issues and collaborate with the team to implement effective solutions

What Makes You a Great Fit:

•    5-10 years of mechanical experience in a similar role
•    College or technical degree is preferred but not required
•    Hands-on experience with welding, motors, drives, and other mechanical systems
•    Proactive problem solver with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
