Kelly® Science & Clinical is seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist – Hematology for a Direct Hire position at cutting-edge biotech company in Pendleton, OR. Pay Rate:  
$34-38/hour

Schedule: 
Tuesday-Saturday 5:00 am to 2:00 pm
 
Responsibilities:

• Perform and interpret a variety of high-complexity hematology tests, including blood cell counts, coagulation studies, urinalysis, and body fluid analyses, to aid in patient diagnosis and treatment.
• Review, analyze, and promptly report laboratory results to healthcare providers, ensuring accuracy and reliability for effective clinical decision-making.
• Utilize state-of-the-art laboratory instruments and technology, maintaining proper calibration and compliance with industry protocols and safety standards.
• Actively engage in quality assurance activities, including proficiency testing and adherence to strict quality control measures to ensure best practices in laboratory science.
• Collaborate closely with professionals across multiple lab specialties—such as Chemistry, Blood Banking, Immunology, and Microbiology—while continually developing technical and scientific expertise.
• Maintain comprehensive and organized records of all laboratory procedures, test results, and laboratory activities to support transparency, accountability, and regulatory compliance in a dynamic clinical environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
• Licensure: ASCP or equivalent.
• Experience working in Hematology Department.
