Description

Kelly is seeking a skilled Medical Receptionist to oversee the daily operations of our physical therapy facility.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management
and possess excellent organizational and customer service skills. Ideal candidates will have sales and marketing experience.

Responsibilities
- Manage the administrative functions of the medical office, including scheduling, billing, and patient records
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Coordinate with medical staff to optimize patient care delivery
- Provide marketing support for business growth and development

Required Skills:
- Customer service
- Proficiency in insurance billing and administrative procedures
- Sales experience and creating marketing materials
- Ability to manage a medical office efficiently

Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in physical therapy outpatient settings
- Familiarity with EMR and billing software
- Background in healthcare management
