Job Summary:
As a Retail Sales Merchandiser a, you will play a crucial role in adjusting and setting shelves for merchandise in assigned retail stores located in Kahului, Maui. This position involves working independently as well as part of a team, traveling to assigned retail locations to perform merchandise resets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, adjust, and set shelves, moving grocery products in retail stores across an assigned marketplace.
- Utilize layouts or plan-o-grams to arrange merchandise on shelves effectively.
- Cover routes as needed for Sales associates, restock shelves, and place orders to replenish supplies.
- Collaborate with store representatives and supervisors to enhance service quality, responding to requests and feedback promptly.
- Monitor product freshness, rotate stock based on expiration schedules, and maintain high standards of store presentation.
- Submit weekly reports summarizing tasks and achievements.
- Travel is required for this position.

Work Environment:
- Office setting with temperatures between 65°F and 75°F.
- Store environments in grocery warehouses with temperatures ranging from 50°F to 90°F.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong customer service orientation, basic math, and reading skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage time efficiently.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods.
- A valid driver's license and a clear driving record. Insurance coverage as specified.

Experience:
- 6 months to 1 year of retail experience preferred, especially in grocery or retail shelf management.
