Production Operator I – Millwork / Cabinetry
Pay: $25/hour

Position Overview:
We are currently hiring a Production Operator I (Assistant Millworker) to support a custom cabinetry and architectural woodwork team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone dependable, hands-on, and eager to gain or grow experience in woodworking and millwork.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist skilled millworkers with the fabrication and assembly of custom cabinets and woodwork

Perform basic tasks such as cutting, sanding, drilling, gluing, and fitting components

Operate woodworking tools and machinery under supervision (e.g., saws, sanders, drills)

Help install hardware (hinges, pulls, slides, etc.)

Support finishing tasks including edge-banding, sanding, and surface prep

Organize materials and maintain a clean, safe workspace

Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE
Qualifications:

Prior woodworking or construction experience is a plus but not required

Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in hands-on work
