Production Operator I – Millwork / Cabinetry
Pay: $25/hour
Screening: No background check or drug screening required
Start: Resume submission and interview required

Position Overview:
We are currently hiring a Production Operator I (Assistant Millworker) to support a custom cabinetry and architectural woodwork team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone dependable, hands-on, and eager to gain or grow experience in woodworking and millwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist skilled millworkers with the fabrication and assembly of custom cabinets and woodwork

  • Perform basic tasks such as cutting, sanding, drilling, gluing, and fitting components

  • Operate woodworking tools and machinery under supervision (e.g., saws, sanders, drills)

  • Help install hardware (hinges, pulls, slides, etc.)

  • Support finishing tasks including edge-banding, sanding, and surface prep

  • Organize materials and maintain a clean, safe workspace

  • Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE

Qualifications:

  • Prior woodworking or construction experience is a plus but not required

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in hands-on work
