- Take charge of day-to-day office operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently
- Partner directly with senior leadership on logistics, vendor management, and special projects
- Jump in to assist with AP/AR and light financial operations
- Act as a key point of contact and problem-solver across Sales, Customer Support, Product, and Accounting teams
- Monitor, review, and help manage vendor and client contracts
- Support shipping and fulfillment issues—FedEx, UPS, third-party logistics
- Keep cross-functional projects moving and aligned with business objectives
- Fill in with administrative overflow and team support during busy seasons
- Identify and recommend opportunities to improve processes and internal workflows
- Bachelor's degree (required)
- Prior experience in consumer goods, e-commerce, or logistics-heavy environments
- Background in operations, logistics, or office management, ideally within a growing company
- Solid understanding of FedEx, UPS, and shipping coordination
- Comfortable reviewing contracts and supporting vendor agreements
- Familiar with Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable
- Tech-savvy—strong computer skills and ERP system experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A collaborative mindset with strong organizational instincts and a can-do attitude
- Able to commute to North Wales and work onsite full-time
- You'll work with a collaborative, close-knit team who values your ideas and input
- Be part of a scaling business with visibility across key departments
- Gain hands-on experience in a variety of areas from logistics to finance to project coordination
- Enjoy a casual, yet fast-paced work culture where no two days are the same
- This role offers strong growth potential as the company continues to expand
