Description

The Talent Advisor at Kelly is responsible for managing and executing strategies that enhance employee engagement, creativity, development, and performance within an onsite industrial environment. This role emphasizes the importance of effective communication, operational efficiency, and the implementation of process improvements based on feedback and engagement scores. The position is integral to maintaining high-quality service delivery to meet customer needs while fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.

Responsibilities
• Manage and execute strategies to drive employee engagement, creativity, development, and performance.
• Execute programs that drive redeployment/retention, skill improvement, and efficient communication.
• Actively inform talent of safety policies, standard methodologies, and updates.
• Drive and execute process improvements based on feedback and engagement scores.
• Maintain operational efficiency and delivery at the highest quality services to meet customer needs.

Requirements
• Proficient understanding of HR/staffing practices such as onboarding, offboarding, talent management, employment law, and contract language.
• Ability to actively build and maintain both internal and external business relationships.
• Results-oriented, hardworking, and have strong attention to detail in a constantly evolving environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with multiple levels of management.

Details
• Work onsite at our customers manufacturing faciltiy in Grantsville, Utah
• Shift hours are 11a-8p OR 12p-9p Monday through Friday 
• Will conduct I-9s, Oral swabs
