Order Processing Representative – Wilmington, DE

This is a great opportunity to work with a friendly group of people in a role where your skills and growth really matter.
Pay Rate: $22.07/hour
Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Overtime: Occasional overtime (2–3 hours) may be required when things get busy
Onsite | Full-Time | 3-Month Assignment (with Potential to Convert)

- Receiving, preparing, batching, and scanning legal documents (both by mail and in-person deliveries)
- Working directly with process servers, sheriffs, and document delivery teams
- Learning and using our internal systems and tools
- Collaborating with other teams to deliver the best solutions for customers
- Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure high-quality, timely work
- Helping improve processes and jumping in to cross-train others when needed
- Someone who genuinely enjoys providing excellent customer service
- Self-motivated and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment
- A good communicator who enjoys collaborating with others
- Organized and flexible, even when things get busy
- Someone with a positive attitude, a keen eye for detail, and a problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable using basic phone and email systems, Microsoft Office, and scanning tools
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
