We are seeking a dedicated Order Selector for our Riverview, FL location. The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to punctuality.

Position Details:

• Job Title: Order Selector
• Length of Assignment: Temp to Hire
• Pay Rate: $17.20
• Location: Riverview, FL 33578

Shift Information:

• Shift: 1st
• Days: Monday - Friday

Responsibilities

• Accurately select and prepare orders for shipment to customers.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stock replenishment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

What You Bring to the Table

• Comfortable working at heights (up to 30 feet).
• Able to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting, cutting wire, climbing ladders, and working in varying temperatures.
• Must pass a pre-employment physical test.
• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
• 2+ years of warehouse experience.
• Experience using a Warehouse Management System in a high-volume distribution environment.

Safety Requirements:

• Steel-toed work boots are required on the first day.
• Adherence to dress code as outlined in the attached document.
