Pay Rate:
$38.00 to $40.00 per hour, depending on experience

What You Will Do:
As a Payroll Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
• Ensuring adherence to all federal, state, and local payroll regulations, including compliance with the Davis-Bacon Act and other prevailing wage requirements
• Performing complex wage calculations and ensuring accuracy in payroll processing
• Using advanced Excel functions to analyze data, identify discrepancies, and resolve payroll issues
• Reporting directly to the Payroll Manager and collaborating with internal teams
What We Are Looking For:
• An Associate degree in a business-related field is preferred, but candidates with a high school diploma and strong relevant experience are welcome to apply
• At least 3 to 5 years of payroll experience, including a strong understanding of Prevailing Wage and Certified Payroll
• Proficiency in Excel, including formulas like VLOOKUP and SUMIF, with solid data analysis and problem-solving skills
