The Payroll Specialist role might be an outstanding fit if you have:
- Bachelor's degree (strongly preferred) or Associate's degree (required), ideally in human resources, business, industrial psychology, or a related field
- Strong payroll processing experience and an HR generalist skillset
- Strict attention to detail with a high degree of organization
- Very strong computer skills including MS Excel

What's a typical day as a Payroll Specialist You'll be responsible for:
- Weekly and bi-monthly time and attendance reporting for hourly and salary payroll processing
- Monthly manpower reports
- HR system onboarding for new employees and system terminations
- Creating files for new employees and contractors
- Assisting with pay discrepancy resolutions, managing leave banks, and other administrative duties as assigned
- Providing backup support for other HR functional areas as needed
