What's a typical day as a Personal Lines Sales Representative? You'll be:

• Providing exceptional customer service to policyholders.
• Advising clients on coverage and making policy recommendations.
• Resolving billing issues and processing endorsements.
• Updating client/prospect information in the agency management system.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Are a NYS Property and Casualty Licensed with a minimum of three years of Property & Casualty Insurance experience in the independent Agency environment.
• Have excellent telephone etiquette, a friendly outgoing personality, and are a person of character and integrity.
• Are computer savvy with the ability to learn new software.
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Have experience with AMS360 agency management system (a plus).
