Summary:
Join our team as a Pharmaceutical Operator and play a key role in the manufacturing and packaging of high-quality pharmaceutical products. We are seeking detail-oriented candidates with a passion for safety, operational excellence, and teamwork.
Responsibilities:

  • Operate, monitor, and maintain pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
  • Ensure accurate weighing, mixing, and packaging of materials.
  • Perform quality checks to verify correct labeling, dosage, and packaging.
  • Record production data and maintain batch documentation with attention to detail.
  • Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and report any deviations or concerns to supervisors.
  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
  • Support inventory control and product movement as needed.
  • Participate in training, including updates on procedures and compliance.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.

Qualifications:
  • Associate or bachelor's degree (preferably in Chemical Engineering or a related field).
  • 1 to 3 years of previous experience in pharmaceutical, food, or chemical manufacturing environment is an advantage.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to lift up to [insert weight, e.g. 50 lbs], stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to complete documentation accurately.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, or overtime as needed.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
