Job Title: Picker/Packer Associate
Location: Charlestown, IN
Schedule & Pay:

• 1st Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, $15/hour
• 2nd Shift: Monday to Friday, 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM, $17/hour

 
Roles & Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack light medicines for safe shipment
• Prepare containers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with safety standards
• Add packing materials to secure products for final shipment
• Operate RF scanners to track inventory and shipments
• Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient workflow

 
Qualifications & Skills:

• 1-2 years of experience in the warehouse industry required
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work in various temperature environments
• Experience with RF scanners is a plus
• Basic math skills (counting, adding, multiplying)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Positive attitude and a true team player
