Location: Mason, OH 45040
Pay Rate: $25.77/hr.
Shifts Available: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Hybrid – 2–3 days/week onsite) 

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Specialist on the Plan Setup Team
• Responsible for setting up and maintaining managed vision care clients in EyeMed's core claims administration system
• Provide exceptional service by managing provider/location database requests
• Support Plan Setup team with daily administrative tasks, including audits, evaluations, and report preparation

Must-Haves:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1–3 years of experience in a data entry or similar role 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel 
• Strong computer literacy and ability to work with internal systems 
• Excellent communication, team collaboration, and analytical skills 
• Prior auditing or system testing experience is a plus 
• Previous experience in the healthcare industry preferred 
• Education: College degree or relevant work experience required
