What's a typical day as Powder Coater I, Manufacturing - Skilled? You'll be:
  • Preparing, painting, and using powder operations on various components and sub-assemblies to ensure completion of medical products.
  • Adhering to quality and quantity standards, following detailed instructions to meet precise part specifications.
  • Following all safety protocols, maintaining good housekeeping, and practicing ergonomics.
  • Collaborating with a diverse team, participating in training, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Performing basic preventative maintenance and completing required documentation.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have a high school diploma or GED (preferred).
  • Are able to meet work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends, on the 3rd shift.
  • Can read and comprehend procedures, safety sheets, instructions, and policies in English; strong verbal communication skills in English required.
  • Are detail-oriented, motivated to learn/grow, possess stamina for repetitive work, and can adhere to safety and quality guidelines.
  • Are physically able to lift/carry 10-50 lbs frequently (occasionally up to 75 lbs), and handle prolonged stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, and standing.
  • Enjoy working collaboratively in a diverse team and have a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
