Pay Rate: $20.50/hr
Schedule: : 12:45 PM-9:15 PM Monday-Friday

What's a typical day as Powder Coater I, Manufacturing - Skilled? You'll be:
  • Using painting and powder operations to prepare components, sub-assemblies, and related parts, ensuring quality and compliance with specifications.
  • Following precise instructions and adhering to established quality and quantity standards.
  • Maintaining documentation, practicing basic preventative maintenance, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
  • Actively participating in team collaboration and cross-training to enhance workflow efficiency.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have a high school diploma or GED (preferred).
  • Are able to maintain a regular work schedule, including overtime and weekends as needed.
  • Are comfortable reading and following written procedures, safety sheets, and instructions in English.
  • Can communicate effectively and follow verbal instructions in English.
  • Are focused on safety, ergonomic practices, and good housekeeping.
  • Are motivated, detail-oriented, and possess the stamina for repetitive tasks.
  • Are willing to cross-train, work collaboratively, learn new equipment, and adapt to changing needs.
  • Have the ability to lift and carry 10-50 lbs. frequently.
  • Demonstrate teamwork, motivation, strong documentation skills, and basic preventative maintenance abilities.
