Kelly® Professional & Industrial is seeking a Processing Clerk to work at a premier bank in Warsaw, NY. Sound like something you're interested in? We'll be here every step of the way to help you through the process.

This is an onsite contract position (6 month minimum).  Pay is based on experience ranging from $20-24/hr,

What's a typical day as a Processing Clerk? You'll be:
• Researching and responding to third party requests for information related to subpoenas and discovery demands.
• Implementing and responding to restraints, levies, and garnishments.
• Serving as the central repository for legal complaints made against the company.
• Assisting in the legal document review for the retail team.
• Researching items such as IRS B Notices and W-8 Certifications.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a High School Diploma or Associates Degree.
Have 5+ years of banking or legal experience.
• Have experience handling subpoenas, restraints, levies, etc.
• Are detail-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Have the ability to maintain confidentiality and follow instructions accurately.
• Are proficient in using Windows-based PC's and can learn new banking software.
