Job Posting: Fulfillment Associate, Document Management (FA) Location: Ewing, NJ 
Schedule: 100% onsite, Monday–Friday, 8:30am ET – 5:00pm ET
Contract: ASAP start for 3 months, with potential to convert to permanent
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour About the Role Join Wolters Kluwer's CT Corporation as a Fulfillment Associate, Document Management (FA), where you'll play a critical role supporting our customers' journey of owning and operating a business. As an FA, you will provide superior service by analyzing customer requests, ensuring compliance and accuracy, resolving or escalating issues, tracking progress, and delivering clear communication to both customers and internal teams.
The FA contributes to the “American Dream” by helping clients with everything from launching, operating, and closing a business, to managing complex legal filings and compliance processes. Key Responsibilities

  • Process state and customer documents using established process guidelines and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Review, submit, and track initial filings and document requests, such as retrieval, incorporations, and formations.
  • Manage legal service of process by handling receipt, scanning, forwarding, and retention of documents.
  • Ensure compliance with jurisdictional rules and CT product requirements.
  • Identify and escalate issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Create and maintain process documentation and contribute to continuous process improvements.
  • Assist and train customers, vendors, and team members on products and procedures.
  • Analyze data to recommend improvements and help on special projects as assigned.
  • Represent Wolters Kluwer professionally within the industry and territory.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service, fulfillment, or a related role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent data entry, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

  • 100% onsite in Ewing, NJ.
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm ET.
  • This is a contract position (3 months) with potential to be converted to a permanent role.
