Grow your career with Kelly® Professional & Industrial. We're seeking a Product Implementation Specialist to join a leading healthcare client in the Rochester, New York area —a role designed to help you learn, develop, and advance.

Snapshot: 

  • Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $28/HR
  • Hours:: M- F 8am to 5pm
  • Work from home if in the service areas of either Rochester or Syracuse
  • Project based contract role  - gain invaluable experience
What you'll be doing each day:
  • Implement new group product selections, changes, and cancellations accurately and on time
  • Maintain current information for all group transactions using multiple systems
  • Support group and member enrollment activities—including research, analysis, and problem-solving
  • Assign products efficiently and coordinate internal and external business areas for product decisions
  • Manage the development cycle of service requests, from requirements to implementation
  • Identify system risks/issues and recommend solutions proactively
  • Analyze benefit packages/rates to resolve discrepancies and ensure proper changes
  • Collaborate on process improvements and document findings
  • Uphold the highest standards of integrity and member privacy
  • Will be using COBRA and Flex Spending accounts such as FSAs

Is this role a good fit for you?
  • Associate's Degree in a related field and one year of product review experience, OR three years product-related work experience
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and maintain composure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with COBRA and Flex Spending accounts such as FSAs a PLUS 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage major projects independently or in teams
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent Team player and collaborator 
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Willingness to travel across regions and review data/contracts for extended periods
