Production Associate – Location: Quakertown, PA 18951
Work Schedule: 12hr Shifts (2-2-3 Rotation) / Mon-Sun, 6 am-6 pm
Pay rate: 19$ per hour
Contract: W2 under staffing supplier; with a 3-month duration (with possible extension)
Role Overview: A cross-functional, high-visibility role covering production, packaging, forklift operation, and minor maintenance. You'll be a key part of a "team-first" manufacturing environment.
Requirements:

Education: HS Diploma or GED.

Experience: 3+ years in manufacturing (Trade school is a plus).

Skills: Proficiency with hand tools and measuring devices.

Physical: Ability to work in a loud, dusty environment.
Performance Standards:

Reliable attendance and a "team-player" attitude.

Commitment to strict safety rules and PPE.

Flexibility for overtime, sometimes on short notice.

Strict PPE: Steel-toe shoes and long sleeves are required. No loaners provided associates without safety shoes will be sent home.

Dress Code: No hoodies allowed in the plant.
