Job title: Production Associate / Operator
Location: 1124 Bennett Clark Rd, Nacogdoches, TX 75961
Pay rate: $15ph
Shift: Monday to Friday 6:00 am to 4:30 pm
Contract: 1 month, with possibility of extension.
Interview: Onsite
We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Production Associates to support operations during employee leaves of absence. These hourly positions report directly to the Shift Supervisor and may be extended as needed based on staffing requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production presses and equipment as directed.
- Assist machine operators in all aspects of production.
- Remove finished parts from the press and efficiently separate usable parts from scrap.
- Assemble components, stack, and package parts per company standards.
- Prepare, label, and move finished goods (totes, skids, boxes, etc.) to designated areas.
- Interpret and follow company work orders and job control procedures.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace; adhere to all plant safety guidelines and regulations.
- Proactively report any unsafe conditions or behaviors and ensure all safety devices are in place.
- Support and collaborate with team members, clarifying roles and necessary precautions as needed.
- Ensure 100% attainment of production goals through efficient and accurate work.
- Other duties as assigned by the Shift Supervisor or Team Leader.
Requirements:
- Commitment to regular attendance and reliability.
- Ability to understand and communicate safety guidelines and job instructions.
- Team-oriented attitude with a focus on collaboration and responsibility.
- Willingness to wear personal protective equipment and follow all safety rules.
This is a temporary opportunity with the possibility of an extension depending on operational needs.
