Kelly, in partnership with a prominent local company in North Dakota, is searching for enthusiastic Production Associates in Fargo, ND, to contribute to the creation of traffic control and specialty signs.
Shifts: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 5:00pm
Pay Rate: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour, depending on experience
Company offers a pay increase after a 90-day temporary period, annual raises, and performance-based pay raises throughout employment.
Job Overview:
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the manufacturing process of crafting traffic control and specialty signs. These positions fall under the light industrial category and provide a clean working environment. Duties include screen printing and applying vinyl stickers to metal signs, as well as cutting and trimming excess product as necessary. You'll also be responsible for gathering materials and maintaining inventory for your assigned tasks.
Qualifications for Success:
- 1-2 years of Production/Assembly experience
- Machine operating experience is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
