Kelly Services has an immediate need for Production Associates in St Joseph

1st & 2nd shifts available
19.00 per hour

Core Responsibilities

• Production Operations: Assemble, fabricate, or package products according to instructions and specifications.
• Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and perform minor maintenance on production equipment.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished products for defects and adherence to quality standards.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines, protocols, and regulations (e.g., wearing protective equipment, maintaining a clean workspace).
• Inventory & Documentation: Monitor material levels, restock stations, and maintain accurate production records/logs. 

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive motions.
• Technical Aptitude: Basic knowledge of machinery and manufacturing processes.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in assembly and inspection.
• Communication & Teamwork: Ability to work well with others to maintain workflow.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is typically required.
