What's a typical day as a Production Technician? You'll be:
- Testing products or subassemblies for functionality and quality, ensuring top-notch standards.
- Troubleshooting problems with equipment, devices, or products to maintain smooth operations.
- Collecting hazardous or non-hazardous waste in correctly labeled containers and transferring them to designated collection areas.
- Building product subassemblies or final assemblies while monitoring and adjusting production processes for quality and productivity.
- Preparing and assembling materials, setting up and operating production equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Assisting engineers in developing, building, or testing prototypes or new products, processes, or procedures.
- Inspecting finished products for quality and adherence to customer specifications and maintaining production logs.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
- Possess experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with a focus on quality assurance.
- Are able to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
- Have the ability to operate production equipment and tools, including calipers, micrometers, and other measuring devices.
- Are committed to adhering to safety standards and regulations, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
