Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a "get-it-done" attitude? Kelly Services is proud to partner with a leading electrical contractor to find a high-performing leader to manage projects ranging from $1.5M to $2M.
If you have a knack for keeping complex projects on track and can hold your own in a meeting with General Contractors and Superintendents, we want to talk to you! The Opportunity As a Project Manager, you will be the primary engine driving our electrical projects from inception to completion. You'll be responsible for the "big picture" strategy while ensuring the day-to-day details—budgets, schedules, and field communication—are handled with precision. Your Day-to-Day:
- Budget Mastery: Take full ownership of project financials for builds in the $1.5M - $2M range, ensuring profitability and efficient resource allocation.
- Stakeholder Synergy: Act as the vital link between the office and the field. You will work closely with Superintendents and General Contractors to ensure project alignment.
- End-to-End Oversight: Manage the entire project lifecycle.
- Problem Solving: Proactively identify potential roadblocks on-site and implement effective solutions to keep the project moving safely and efficiently.
- Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years of Project Management experience specifically within the Electrical or Construction industry.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You know how to build rapport with field crews and professional stakeholders alike.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of electrical systems, codes, and construction sequences.
- Drive: The ability to manage multiple moving parts without losing sight of the deadline.
- Pay: $80,000 – $90,000 per year (DOE).
- Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Hours: Standard 40-hour work week with occasional overtime required to meet project milestones.
