SUMMARY
The Production Quality Auditor is responsible for conducting quality audits on production lines in accordance with company standards, supporting quality training initiatives, and ensuring product compliance through detailed inspections and system documentation. This position plays a vital role in maintaining quality assurance standards and meeting regulatory requirements in a dynamic production environment.
This role is well-suited for individuals who are detail-oriented, collaborative, and capable of working independently on evening shifts.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform quality audits on production lines following established company guidelines
- Assist in training team members on quality protocols and procedures
- Complete SAP transactions and maintain accurate quality system documentation
- Identify, report, and verify containment of non-conformances
- Conduct Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) inspections for RMAs and rejected lots
- Interpret production codes in alignment with work order instructions
- Verify Statistical Process Control (SPC) checks and ensure calibration of gauges
- Enforce compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
- Support basic laboratory procedures and serve as a lab backup when needed
- Cross-train to provide backup coverage in other quality assurance roles
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate degree preferred
Experience & Skills:
- Previous experience in quality auditing or manufacturing preferred
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to procedures
- Familiarity with SAP and production documentation processes
- Ability to lead and support quality inspections
- Effective team player with solid communication skills
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and open to learning new skills

- Shift: 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM, Monday through Thursday
- Employment Type: Full-time, on-site, permanent
- Starting Pay: $23.50
