Quality Manager – Build the Gold Standard | Lead Global QA Operations | $130,000-195,000 a year  
Frisco, TX | Full-Time | International Travel Required (50% International Travel to India)

We're looking for a Quality Manager who doesn't just check boxes but builds the boxes. In this high-impact leadership role, you'll design, lead, and scale world-class quality assurance systems that set the standard across industries and continents.

  • Design and implement robust quality assurance frameworks that align with ISO AS9100 and other regulatory standards
  • Lead internal audits and inspections diagnose issues, prescribe corrective actions, and ensure continuous improvement
  • Train cross-functional teams on QA best practices and foster a culture of quality across all levels
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics to drive operational excellence
  • Hire, mentor, and lead a dedicated quality team your squad, your standards
  • Help launch and maintain international manufacturing sites with a focus on seamless QA integration
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of QA experience in manufacturing (aerospace or similar industries preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Proven knowledge of ISO standards, AS9100, root cause analysis, and CAPA
  • Skilled in using quality management software and performance tracking tools
  • Excellent team leadership, training, and cross-departmental collaboration skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally for extended periods
  • Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Quality Manager (CQM)
  • Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methods
  • Hands-on involvement in facility setup, scaling, or international quality operations
