Description

Kelly Professional & Industrial has an exciting opportunity to work in the medical technology industry! Look no further than our open position for Quality Control Technician in West Palm Beach, FL.

Location/Address: 374 North Haverhill Rd., West Palm Beach, FL 33415

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm

Pay Rate: $25 per hour

One-year contractual employment. 

Job Summary

  • Performs testing, inspection and measurement of products at various stages of the production process in accordance with documented procedures.
  • Records detailed documentation of test results and quality observations.
  • Prepares detailed reports on the results of testing, evaluation and analysis.
  • Diagnoses, and verifies product originally not meeting specifications.
  • Calibrates Inspection, Measuring and Test Equipment, of minimal to moderate complexity as prescribed by Manufacturing specifications.
  • Calibrates Inspection, Measuring and Test Equipment, of difficult complexity as prescribed by Manufacturing specifications.
  • Records results of calibrations in Calibration software.
  • Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area.

Experiences and Qualifications:
  • High School Degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum of one-year relevant experience.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • An electrical background is beneficial.
  • GTG certification is an asset.
  • Familiarity with medical devices is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to adhere to established policies, procedures, and protocols.
  • Capable of working effectively both under leadership and independently.
  • Ability to thrive in a controlled environment.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
