Now Hiring: Quality Documentation Specialist (Coordinator 2 – Document Control)
Location: Onsite in Wilson, NC
Duration: 24-Month Contract (W2)
Pay Rate: $34.23/hr.
Supporting: Johnson & Johnson – a global leader in healthcare innovation

Join a world-class team supporting Johnson & Johnson at their Wilson, NC facility. As a Quality Documentation Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance and quality across key documentation systems within a cGMP-regulated environment. This is an exciting opportunity to work onsite in a dynamic, mission-driven pharmaceutical/biotech setting.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Support Johnson & Johnson's quality systems by managing and maintaining controlled documents such as SOPs and GMP-regulated materials.

  • Administer and troubleshoot the site's Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).

  • Coordinate documentation review, approval, revision, and archival processes to ensure compliance with FDA/EMEA regulations.

  • Partner with internal teams including Learning & Development to support Good Documentation Practices (GDocP) and GMP training efforts.

  • Act as a documentation SME during audits and inspections, supporting inspection readiness activities.

  • Assist in system improvements, archival management, and documentation retention programs.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific, engineering, or technical discipline.

  • 3+ years of document control or records management experience within the pharmaceutical or biologics industry.

  • Strong knowledge of FDA/EMEA regulations and GMP standards.

  • Hands-on experience with electronic document management systems (e.g., Veeva, MasterControl, Documentum).

  • Excellent attention to detail, multitasking, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience supporting a start-up site or GMP systems development is a plus.
