Our client is seeking a Machining Quality Specialist to oversee a small team of QC technicians and programmers for the fabrication of custom parts for their clients. The ideal candidate will have experience for a manufacturing/shop environment, CMM experience as well as experience programming with PC-DMIS, and knowledge with welding machinery.

- Knowledge of ISO 9001/AS9100, quality processes, PFMEA, and APAQ is highly desired.
- Strong communication and solid leadership skills is required
- Degree- AS Degree to Bachelors Preferred
- 5-10 years' experience in a shop setting
- 1-3 years' current experience with CMM and PC-DMIS
- Quality management systems
- Welding & CWI
- Metal fabrication similar processes
- Processes & Documentation
- Inspection & measurement outside of CMM
- Root Cause Analysis
- 5S & Lean - Proven application of it
- Customer/Supplier collaborations
- Audit experience
- ERP/Quality systems
