Job Title: Warehouse Operations Specialist (Non-Receivable Coordinator)
Pay Rate: $18-$20/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM Company Overview Join a leading aerospace logistics company renowned for its process-driven operations and ISO certification. We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual to become part of our high-performing warehouse operations team. General Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Goal-oriented self-starter with the ability to adapt to rapidly changing workloads
- Comfortable working in a small-team environment
- Accurately check in packages and verify information against supplier packing slips
- Process receipts within the inventory management system
- Generate documentation for non-receivable shipments, submitting issues to customers via email for resolution
- Manage and resolve grievances through effective email communication with customers
- Collaborate with in-house QA to expedite grievance resolutions
- Extensive computer experience with a willingness to learn new programs
- Exceptional data entry skills with high accuracy
- Minimum of 3 years of warehouse experience required
- Minimum of 3 years of data entry experience required
- Minimum of 3 years experience using Outlook, Excel, and Word required
- Minimum of 3 years experience with Warehouse Management Systems required
- Forklift experience is desirable

- Ability to sustain 98% accuracy in transaction processing and inventory management
