- Answering, screening, and directing incoming phone calls
- Managing appointment scheduling and meeting room bookings
- Maintaining visitor logs and issuing visitor passes as required
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Performing basic administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders as needed
- Providing general support to staff and management
- Ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree is a plus)
- Possess proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Are highly organized with strong multitasking abilities
- Present a professional appearance and attitude
- Can handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Deliver excellent customer service
- (Preferred) Have experience with multi-line phone systems, scheduling software, or multilingual abilities
- Hold U.S. or Dual Citizenship and can obtain post-hire clearance from CFIUS and the Department of Treasury
