School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Elementary Level | Full-Time | 2025–2026 School Year

Pediatric Therapeutic Services (PTS) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one support for an elementary-age student within a collaborative school setting. This role is perfect for someone passionate about helping students build positive behaviors, communication skills, and independence in a supportive educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Support the learner in achieving goals related to safe body behavior, coping strategies, following directions, engagement, and cooperative work/play.
• Collect accurate and timely data on student progress and behavioral trends.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to ensure a consistent and positive experience for the student.
• Foster a nurturing and structured environment that promotes learning and emotional regulation.

Qualifications:
• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required).
• Experience working with children, preferably in a school or pediatric setting.
• Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow behavior plans and maintain confidentiality at all times.
