Full-Time School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Elementary School | 5th Grade Learner

We are seeking a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support a fifth-grade learner in a school-based setting. This is a consistent, structured role within the school day, working collaboratively with educators and clinical staff to support student success.

Position Details
• Full-time, school-based position
• Elementary setting (supporting a 5th grade learner)
• Schedule aligned with the school day and calendar

Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct behavioral support to a student under the supervision of a BCBA
• Implement behavior intervention plans with fidelity
• Collect and document data on student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and clinical supervisors
• Support skill development, independence, and positive behavior in the classroom setting

Required Qualifications
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, including:
• Completion of the 40-hour RBT training
• Successful BCBA competency evaluation
• Passing score on the RBT certification exam
• Experience working with children in school-based, behavioral, or pediatric settings preferred
• Reliable, patient, and team-oriented approach
