Responsibilities:

• Lead Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive, global multi-channel social media strategy that aligns with our brand goals and business objectives.
• Own the Content Calendar: Plan, manage, and publish engaging content tailored to our target audiences, including industry professionals, media representatives, talent, and customers.
• Write & Edit Copy: Create captivating copy for posts, captions, visuals, and campaigns, maintaining a consistent brand voice and tone across all channels. Extend your copywriting expertise to our website and sales materials.
• Use Generative AI Tools: Utilize AI tools to enhance creativity and efficiency in content development, ideation, image generation, and video editing.
• Video Creation: Capture, edit, and produce video content optimized for social media platforms.
• Community Management: Lead our brand advocacy program by monitoring social channels, engaging with followers, responding to comments/messages, and building relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics, optimize content based on insights, and deliver monthly reports with strategic recommendations.
• Campaign Activation: Support product launches, event promotions, employer branding, thought leadership, and sustainability storytelling.
• Trendspotting & Innovation: Stay ahead of platform trends, new tools, AI capabilities, and competitor activity. Experiment with new formats and features.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a creative role managing social media platforms and content creation, preferably for a B2B brand, technology company, or global enterprise.
• Strong copywriting and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
• Proficiency in using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Synthesia, Canva AI) for content ideation and production.
• Proven ability to translate complex topics into engaging, accessible content.
• Expertise in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) and social media management platforms (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later).
• Strong understanding of analytics tools, including native platform insights and Google Analytics.
• Experience with paid social campaigns and creating social-first video content.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Passion for sustainability, water, climate, or industrial innovation is highly advantageous.
