Reverse Logistics Coordinator
Kelly Services is currently seeking a Reverse Logistics Coordinator for one of our top clients in Raynham, MA.
- Data and Reporting Analyst - Reverse Logistics Coordinator:
- Transactional Support / Processing: Perform Transfer Requests from the Field Sales Consultants and Regional Managers
- Perform Transfers for Libertas Requests Add inventory to existing sets
- Work with the Audit team on pre-audit transfer requests and territory clean up
- Transfers for set deployments Trauma and CMF Purchase Order Required
- Rebills inventory to Field Equipment Evaluates inventory to Field Equipment
- Purchase Order Required POR inventory to Field Equipment after Posting Transactions for CMF and Trauma Create new sets from loose goods Update / Correct Radio Frequency Identification Device RFID
- Maintained Program Correct Exploded set Bill or Material BOMs
- Complete Set Transfers not in the New JDE Program Correct Set alignments for inventory in multiple locations
- Pull the Millstone Returns history report and other reporting requirements using customer portal
- Identify and correct set return errors processing Set Decommissions, correct negative Inventory, Manual Credit for Returned Instrument Sets, and Spine Set Processing Errors
- Support overall execution of reverse logistics and commercial operation activities within the integrated supply chain network through product returns, redeployments of inventory assets, and rate of disposal.
- Respond to all e-mails from the previous night looking for tracking info
- Acknowledge Loose Good Requests Check Millstone for Instrument inventory
- Send out for approvals for BA, RSM, Marketing Process Instrument orders thru Millstone
- Set up Courier request for same day delivery
- Get approval, process order, book flight, update and notify consultant
- Support US Sales teams, Regional Managers and Business Analysts with all questions regarding Loose Goods requests.
- Work closely with Marketing teams on new product launches for Field Inventory Work with Demand Planning on backorder updates
- Escalate inventory challenges through proper channels
- Marketing and Demand Planning
- Process backorder replenishments on a weekly basis
- Work with marketing to ensure proper approvals are attained prior to sending out any orders Requirements: Bachelor s degree
- Intermediate to Advanced skillset with SAP Logistics experience 2-5 year
