Pay: $20-21/hr
Hours: 8am-4:30pm Monday-Friday
Position will be ONSITE in Alpharetta, GA for training and adjustment to role, will then transition into a hybrid schedule working home 2 days a week

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Department communications, drafting and routing 20%
- Department program tracking 20%
- Meeting planning, coordination, and purchase order processing 20%
- Ad-hoc reporting and assignments 40%
Minimum Educational Qualifications:
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience in business administration preferred.
- Experience in project management and event planning preferred.
- Experience in Powersports industry preferred.
- Proficient in business writing and word processing software.
- Strong analytical and written/oral communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain strong relationships with both intra-department and intra-organization contacts.
- Ability to efficiently prioritize tasks and assignments
- Accurate and timely tracking of department programs and objectives
- Accurate and timely drafting and routing of department communications
- Successful coordination and purchase order processing for department meetings and activities
