Salary Range: $140,000 + Bonuses
Position Type: Permanent, Full-time
Hours: Monday- Friday; Steady days

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Representative to join their dynamic team and help grow their presence in the aviation training industry.
Job Summary:
The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving enrollment and sales growth by building strong relationships with prospective students, flight schools, and aviation professionals. This role requires a proactive approach to outreach, strategic marketing, and customer engagement to attract and retain clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify prospective students and organizations interested in flight training programs through various channels, including social media, trade shows, partnerships, and direct outreach.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, providing them with comprehensive information about programs, facilities, and services.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Implement and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Consultative Selling: Understand the specific needs and goals of prospective students and organizations to recommend appropriate programs and services.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns that attract potential clients and enhance brand visibility.
- Industry Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and seminars to represent the company and stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
- Reporting & Analysis: Track sales activities and performance metrics, providing regular reports to management. Use data to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
- Customer Support: Assist clients with enrollment processes, financial aid information, and other inquiries, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, aviation, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience:
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in aviation, education, or a related industry.
- Familiarity with flight training programs, aviation terminology, or the aviation industry is a strong asset.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Other Requirements:
- Passion for aviation and education.
- Ability to travel occasionally for events and client meetings.
