Pay Rate: $20 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm
Location: Fulton Industrial, Atlanta, GA

What's a typical day as a Sales Assistant II? You'll be:
- Performing administrative, clerical, and data entry duties to support sales operations
- Establishing and maintaining relevant files and processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Answering incoming calls from customers and internal contacts, taking messages, and following up as appropriate
- Performing efficient and accurate data entry using specific software
- Assisting with on-going competitive analysis and preparation of reports
- Assisting with general office duties and related tasks
- Establishing excellent rapport with management, employees, vendors, and customers
- Taking reasonable care for the safety and health of yourself and others
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a high school diploma or GED
- Have at least two years of experience working in a business office
- Have experience or the ability to learn purchasing systems and specific software
- Have the ability to maintain strict confidentiality and prioritize multiple tasks
- Have proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook Have the ability to work scheduled and unscheduled overtime
