Senior Accountant $100,000 Annual Salary

What You'll Do As a Senior Accountant, you'll be at the heart of our financial operations—combining technical expertise and problem-solving to drive process improvements and support major system implementations. You'll play a key role in implementing Business Central, working across finance and IT, and ensuring we operate with excellence.
Your Responsibilities:
- Create, analyze, and deliver weekly/monthly financial reports, cash-flow, budgets, and forecasts.
- Lead monthly management account reviews and respond to department queries.
- Prepare end-of-year financial statements; manage relationships with auditors and third-party providers.
- Prepare detailed stakeholder and grant reports, including risk assessments.
- Develop robust financial controls; champion system and process improvement.
- Oversee Month End & Year End closing and the external audit process.
- Be the "first port of call" for income and expenditure queries, escalating only when necessary.
- Collaborate with both finance and non-finance teams, documenting and optimizing procedures.
- Step up to support team members and deliver business-critical tasks efficiently.
- Uphold organizational values and policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years' experience in Finance or Accounting.
- CPA or equivalent professional license.
- ERP experience (Business Central/Dynamics NAV preferred).
- Excel mastery: formulas, pivots, reconciliations.
- Quick learner with strong communication and documentation skills.
- Salesforce experience is a bonus.
