Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate favorable terms, volume discounts, and long-term contracts with IT suppliers.
  • Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for IT goods, services, and supplies.
  • Collaborate with IT stakeholders to support procurement needs.
  • Develop and execute RFI and RFP strategies, document bid events, and manage supplier communication.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in supplier selection and negotiation.
  • Execute global procurement strategies to ensure standardization and compliance.
  • Analyze data to manage spend and sourcing process compliance.
  • Monitor and ensure supplier performance meets technical and contractual requirements.
  • Engage in strategic meetings to ensure execution of procurement strategies.
  • Manage supplier relationships and implement improvement strategies.
  • Ensure balance in spend portfolio and drive IT spend consolidation.
  • Lead weekly category review meetings with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in Purchasing and Sourcing.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT product and service procurement.
  • Strong knowledge of business drivers and the ability to influence and manage teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze potential solutions.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
