Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $21.40/hour Shift: 2nd Shift Shipping 2:45pm-12:00am Mon-Thursday, Friday 2:45pm-6:45pm Why you should apply to be Shipping Associate:

What's a typical day as Shipping Associate? You'll be:

• Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments and preparing items for shipment
• Unloading products from trucks and organizing/storing materials in designated areas
• Maintaining accurate records of inventory movements, shipments, and receipts
• Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment according to established procedures
• Performing SAP transactions and ensuring orders are accurate, complete, and properly labeled
• Organizing and maintaining warehouse space for efficient workflow
• Collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules
• Assisting in training new employees and performing other duties as directed
• Adhering to all safety, quality, and EHS standards and reporting hazards or incidents promptly

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Are willing to undergo on-the-job training and learn new skills
• Possess strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Can operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) or are willing to learn
• Have good communication skills for effective collaboration
• Can read and interpret technical documents and inventory records
• Are available for the specified 2nd shift schedule
