Kelly is seeking a temp to hire Social Media/Marketing Coordinator for a non-profit public benefit corporation in San Bernardino, CA. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and capable of driving brand awareness and audience engagement.
Requirements:
- Develop and implement core marketing strategies for social media outreach, influencer partnerships, email marketing, and content development.
- Write and publish compelling content across multiple digital channels, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement.
- Craft press releases to promote agency stories and marketing campaigns.
- Manage and oversee all social media accounts, ensuring timely and effective content delivery.
- Create and maintain a social media marketing calendar, aligning all efforts with agency initiatives.
- Develop, schedule, and post a high volume of engaging content, including organic posts and stories.
- Design creative assets for social media, including graphics, GIFs, and multimedia elements.
- Foster online community engagement by responding to inquiries and delegating concerns to the appropriate departments.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including design, copywriting, and analytics tracking.
- Maintain and update the agency website, including content management and design improvements.
- Generate and present reports on campaign performance, social media metrics, and other digital marketing initiatives.
- Continuously explore new ways to enhance content strategy and audience engagement.
- Utilize design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and other platforms for asset creation.
- Assist with additional marketing-related tasks as needed.
- Social media trends, strategies, and platform-specific best practices.
- Digital marketing, influencer marketing, and audience engagement strategies.
- Graphic design principles, including typography, color theory, and composition.
- Website design, content management, and best practices.
- Email marketing tools and campaign optimization.
- Data analytics, performance tracking, and reporting.
- Project management, branding, and advertising techniques.
- Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
- Write compelling, audience-focused content for various marketing channels.
- Design and create high-quality digital assets for social media and email campaigns.
- Analyze marketing performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- 3 years of experience in graphic design, social media management, and influencer marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Google Suite, Microsoft Office 365, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
- Experience in email marketing platforms such as Constant Contact or similar.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
- Payrate: $24.17 an hour
