• Pay Rate: $24.85 – $34.59 per hour 
• Location: Worcester, MA 01606, United States 
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 4:30 AM – 1:00 PM 

What's a typical day as a Solid Caster I You will:

• Receives detailed instructions via shop/work orders, including blueprints. 

• Prepares and assembles molds using hoists, lifting equipment, and rotation devices. 

• Casts products by pouring or pumping raw materials into plaster molds, including backfilling when necessary. 

• Strips parts from molds using powered tools, hoists, and tilt tables, then stages on drying racks. 

• Performs other related duties as assigned.
