À quoi ressemble une journée type en tant que Spécialiste de comptes ? Vous serez amené(e) à :
Effectuer l'ensemble des opérations de back-office, trier les dossiers clients et assurer un soutien ponctuel par courriel.
Aider les clients à mettre à jour leurs comptes, examiner les détails de leurs comptes et contribuer à un service à la clientèle exceptionnel. Au sein du segment des services bancaires aux petites entreprises, vous travaillerez sous la responsabilité directe du chef d'équipe.
Vous assurerez l'exactitude de la gestion des dossiers et du traitement de l'information dans un environnement dynamique et collaboratif.
Ce poste pourrait vous convenir parfaitement si vous :
Maîtrisez la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Faites preuve d'un excellent sens du service client, d'une grande attention aux détails et de solides compétences en communication.
Possédez une expérience préalable dans le secteur bancaire ou financier (un atout, mais non obligatoire).
La maîtrise d'une langue supplémentaire comme le mandarin, le punjabi, l'hindi, le cantonais ou l'espagnol est un plus.
